The Apartments Two rooms are between 35 and 45 square meters and are arranged so as to accommodate 4/5 persons and has a double bed in the bedroom and a double sofa bed or bunk bed in the kitchen area where you can add another bed. These apartments are set in a way to offer flexibility of choice given to the customer that are characterized by:

The Studio apartments are between 22 and 30 square meters for 2/3 people and there is a double bed or sofa bed. In this typology the apartments are all available with Sea and offer guests a comfortable standard of quality.

Two-room apartments and studios are very attention to detail, elegantly furnished with a leather sofa, color TV, safe, hairdryer, telephone, air conditioning, wireless network, electric shutters.

La struttura è situata sul lungomare della suggestiva cornice della Baia di S. Giuliano di Rimini, vicino alla Darsena, teatro di incontri e spettacoli e a pochi passi dalla vitale passeggiata serale.

Il Borgo di San Giuliano, prezioso gioiellino del riminese, è un vero agglomerato di storia, cultura, tradizione felicemente armonizzato con il comparto del divertimento e dello svago della zona balneare.
